2. How to Retrieve Pathao Client ID & Secret

You need two OAuth credentials generated inside your official Pathao Merchant Developer portal:

1. Pathao Client ID

Your unique application identifier found under Developer > API Credentials in your Pathao Merchant Console.

2. Pathao Client Secret

Confidential OAuth secret used by ZeroRTO to securely generate client_credentials access tokens via Hermes API.

  1. Log in to your Pathao Merchant Dashboard.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Developer Settings / API.
  3. If you do not have an API app created yet, click Create App.
  4. Copy both your Client ID and Client Secret.

3. Exactly Where to Paste in the ZeroRTO Plugin

Open your WordPress Admin > click ZeroRTO > open the Courier Networks tab:

4. Register Webhook with Pathao

Pathao pushes real-time parcel updates when a rider cannot complete delivery:

  1. Copy your store's dedicated endpoint URL above.
  2. In your Pathao Merchant Dashboard, navigate to Developer > Webhook Settings.
  3. Paste the URL and enable events for Order Status Update / Delivery Failed.
  4. When an attempt fails due to Customer Not Reachable or Customer Requested Postpone, ZeroRTO immediately intercepts the parcel and delivers the WhatsApp alert!

5. How ZeroRTO Syncs with Pathao Aladdin

When a customer responds on WhatsApp, ZeroRTO updates the delivery lifecycle via Aladdin API:
